About the Role

DaVita is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner II to join our team. In this role, you will recruit for the company’s Dedicated Skilled Nursing Facility (DSD SNF) program, building teams of Registered Nurses (RNs) and Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) across SNF locations. You will play a key role in connecting healthcare professionals with our purpose-driven organization and its mission.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers and clinical leaders to understand staffing needs and workforce goals.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for RN and PCT roles within DSD SNF operations.
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top nursing talent, including proactive outreach, networking, and social media engagement.
  • Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding in collaboration with HR and clinical leadership.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in recruiting systems and ensure compliance with all hiring regulations and policies.
  • Represent DaVita’s culture and mission throughout the candidate experience.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Strong understanding of nursing roles and credentialing (RNs, PCTs, LPNs preferred).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for DaVita’s mission and commitment to patient-centered care.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Recruiting experience in healthcare or clinical staffing.

  • Compensation: $62,000.00 - $91,000.00 per year.
