General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) seeks an Oracle Fusion Techno Functional Advisor to provide expertise for existing and new Oracle Fusion Application implementations. You will play a crucial role supporting the GCIO and Supply Chain organizations in a mission-focused, people-centered environment.
What You'll Do
- Support Oracle Cloud ERP Procure to Pay processes including Procurement, Supplier Portal, Supply Chain, and Inventory Management.
- Analyze requirements, discuss with business owners, document requirements, complete design documentation, perform configuration updates, development, testing, and end-to-end implementation of enhancements.
- Create business process flow diagrams, perform functional testing, and assist with test scripts.
- Understand Oracle Security and Controls to enforce data integrity, compliance, and monitor strict access controls.
- Comply with government contracting, financial, and cyber security policies.
- Demonstrate technical strength with Supplier Portal, OTBI/BIP reports, FBDI, BPM workflows, Oracle Extensions, and Personalization.
- Provide hands-on development and configuration support for Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP, SCM, etc.).
- Assist with quarterly release impact assessments and change management.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely resolution of system problems.
- Participate in and conduct peer reviews of requirements, design, and code.
- Work directly with Oracle product support to log and track service requests.
- Manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
What We're Looking For
- Technical Training, Certification(s), or Degree plus 5+ years of related experience.
- Strong blend of technical and functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, particularly in ERP, Procurement, Sourcing, and Supply Chain domains.
- Hands-on Supplier Portal experience is required.
- Experience with vendor relationships, communicating technical configuration, and troubleshooting with vendors.
- Must stay current on the latest Oracle technology.
- Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a distributed and cross-functional team environment.
- Must be a self-starter and someone who takes initiative with minimal supervision.
- Work hours will include maintenance activities scheduled outside of normal working hours.
