Solventum is hiring a Senior Account Manager, Dental Solutions in Chengdu. You will achieve sales objectives by providing independent coverage of assigned accounts and territory. Your focus will be on sales activities, market development, and customer service for the dental market.
What You'll Do
- Develop sales strategy, sales plan, and quantitative sales targets for customers in line with company business strategy.
- Coordinate product marketing and promotion activities to achieve monthly and annual sales objectives.
- Formulate sales plans, visit customers, and develop relationships with accounts and new prospects.
- Effectively plan and manage time and resources for territory coverage and sales-related activities.
What We're Looking For
- University graduate with a Medical degree.
- More than two years of medical or pharmaceutical sales experience, specifically in dental.
- Strong learning agility and selling skills.
- Can work independently with minimum supervision.
- Resilient, able to work under pressure, and skilled at problem-solving.
- Optimistic, hard-working, and innovative mindset.
- Strong ownership and accountability with high integrity and customer service focus.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for a visa.
