Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary communicator of product value by converting weekly cloud updates into compelling content, ranging from detailed technical manuals to engaging summaries that emphasize business impact.
- Develop multimedia resources such as instructional videos, infographics, and interactive learning paths tailored to technical users.
- Integrate contextual, in-application assistance that delivers timely, relevant information exactly when and where users need it.
- Work directly with subject matter experts, engineers, and services teams to gather proven practices and address real customer challenges.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, UX, and support teams to produce accurate, engaging content that enhances customer experience.
- Plan and implement content strategies using a mix of SEO-friendly text, video, and visuals to deliver information in the most accessible formats.
- Support fast-paced development cycles by delivering synchronized, technically precise documentation that launches with each new feature.
- Apply a 'jobs to be done' approach to identify user goals, creating task-based guides and videos that turn features into tangible customer benefits.
- Test product functionality firsthand, including installation and administration workflows, to ensure documentation accuracy before customer release.
- Maintain the highest quality standards across all documentation, from troubleshooting resources to release notes.
