About the Role
This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing qualified technical candidates in collaboration with hiring managers and HR partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles from job posting to offer stage
- Develop sourcing strategies to identify high-potential engineering candidates
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team requirements and role specifics
- Screen resumes and assess technical qualifications effectively
- Conduct phone and initial interviews to evaluate candidate fit
- Coordinate and schedule on-site or virtual interviews with interview panels
- Provide feedback to candidates in a timely and professional manner
- Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to document recruitment activities
- Partner with marketing and branding teams to promote employment opportunities
- Attend industry events and networking forums to source talent
- Stay current on technology trends and engineering skill demands
- Ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity standards
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices
- Prepare offer letters and facilitate negotiations with candidates
- Track key recruitment metrics and report on performance
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Work cross-functionally with HR, legal, and operations teams
- Provide market intelligence on talent availability and compensation trends
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to hiring workflows
- Onboard new recruiters or temporary staffing support as needed
- Support executive-level technical searches when required
- Ensure consistent communication across all stakeholders
