About the Role
Oversee the technical customer success team, ensuring clients maximize the value of their investments in security solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and issues.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key clients.
- Create and deliver technical training and workshops.
- Manage a team of customer success managers.
- Monitor and analyze customer health metrics.
- Work with the product team to gather customer feedback.
- Develop and maintain customer success documentation.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Participate in the onboarding of new customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support the sales process.
- Manage customer escalations and issues.
- Develop and implement customer success plans.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on customer success initiatives.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze results.
