1Password is hiring a Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist, GTM on a 12-month contract. You will be an advocate for our people and culture, helping to hire top talent for entry-level to management roles, foster a positive candidate experience, and collaborate with hiring managers on all phases of recruitment. What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process from initial intake to successful candidate placement for entry-level to management level roles, or bulk hiring.
- Advise hiring managers throughout the search with candidate data and best practices.
- Lead intake meetings, gathering requirements and understanding business goals.
- Manage and review any inbound applications.
- Advise hiring managers with interview panel creation, ensuring a diverse and relevant interviewer panel.
- Collaborate with team members to source candidates via job boards, referrals, advertising, and social networks.
- Leverage sourcing to balance diversity in the candidate pipeline.
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications, values alignment, and potential.
- Foster a positive candidate experience through timely feedback, communication, and interview coordination.
- Develop an understanding of stakeholders' organizational structure, business strategies, and talent needs.
- Have a familiarity with industry market trends and recruitment best practices.
- Build and sustain trusting relationships with hiring managers and leadership, providing guidance on recruitment phases.
- Participate in team projects, completing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Participate in group discussions and trainings to expand skill set.
- Leverage existing dashboards to check personal metrics and metrics relevant to the search.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years in a full cycle recruiting role or related.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient with ATS software and other recruitment systems.
- Familiarity with basic sourcing tools including ATS and LinkedIn.
- Proven experience in routine negotiations with a demonstrated ability in influencing others.
Nice to Have
- Experience with in-house recruitment in a fast growth technology organization.
- Experience hiring GTM (sales) roles.
- Proficiency with Ashby ATS.
- Based in or willing to work east coast timezone.

- USA: $109,000USD - $147,000USD annually. Canada: $102,000 CAD - $138,000 CAD annually.
