Vanta is looking for a People Operations Generalist to play a critical role on our People Ops team. You will ensure Vanta’s growth is supported by scaling systems, policy, and programs, iterating on existing processes and translating business needs into scalable solutions.
What You'll Do
- Manage our existing employee leave policies globally and the ways that we administer them.
- Manage all compliance reporting responsibilities.
- Partner with the legal team to ensure that HR policies and procedures meet the needs of Vanta and are in compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Drive efficiency across our core People Ops processes, building automation and optimizing our use of technology to ensure we can operate at scale.
- Support benefits strategy and administration.
- Support various strategic people ops projects as needed.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of HR experience.
- Experience driving leave management programs and policy creation at a multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of US compliance requirements.
- Creative problem solver who uses frameworks to cut through ambiguity and gets energy from independently figuring things out.
- Detail-oriented, exceptionally communicative, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong proficiency with Excel.

- Experience preferably at a fast scaling start up.
