About the Role
Drive end-to-end technical program management for advanced hardware systems, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, production-grade robotics platforms on time and at scale.
Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of technical programs for robotic hardware development
- Coordinate between engineering, manufacturing, and field operations teams
- Define program milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines
- Lead risk assessment and mitigation planning for high-impact initiatives
- Track and report program progress to senior leadership
- Ensure alignment between hardware design and system integration goals
- Facilitate cross-team communication to resolve technical blockers
- Manage change control processes for hardware revisions
- Support compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Integrate feedback from field deployments into development cycles
- Work closely with supply chain and vendor partners
- Drive continuous improvement in program execution
- Establish best practices for technical documentation and knowledge sharing
- Lead post-mortem reviews and lessons learned sessions
- Ensure scalability and serviceability of hardware designs
- Collaborate on test strategy and validation planning
- Support root cause analysis for field failures
- Interface with software teams to ensure hardware-software co-design
- Manage program budgets and resource allocation
- Drive alignment across global teams and time zones
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in engineering or related field
- Experience in robotics or autonomous systems development
- Background in consumer-facing hardware products
- Familiarity with AI-driven hardware applications
- Knowledge of firmware development lifecycle
