Bluelight Consulting is hiring an Outbound Sales Development Representative, Remote, Latin America

About the Role

This position is responsible for driving outbound sales efforts by identifying potential clients, initiating contact through various channels, and setting qualified meetings for the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and manage outbound communication campaigns to prospective clients
  • Conduct research to identify target accounts and key decision-makers
  • Use email, phone, and social platforms to engage potential customers
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and business fit
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in the CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and targeting strategies
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to advance sales conversations
  • Adhere to established sales processes and performance metrics
  • Provide feedback from prospects to improve sales and marketing alignment
  • Meet or exceed monthly outreach and meeting targets
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Participate in training and coaching sessions for skill development
  • Escalate complex inquiries to senior sales personnel when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and communication regulations

  • Knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or SPIN
  • Experience in a remote-first or global company
