Responsibilities

- Use email, phone, and social platforms to engage potential customers
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and business fit
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in the CRM
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and targeting strategies
- Follow up consistently with prospects to advance sales conversations
- Adhere to established sales processes and performance metrics
- Provide feedback from prospects to improve sales and marketing alignment
- Meet or exceed monthly outreach and meeting targets
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
- Participate in training and coaching sessions for skill development
- Escalate complex inquiries to senior sales personnel when necessary
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and communication regulations
