About the Role
This role supports the coordination and communication between artists and internal teams, assisting with scheduling, event preparation, and relationship management throughout the summer season.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing communication between performers and internal departments
- Help coordinate artist schedules and availability for events
- Support logistics planning for live performances and appearances
- Track and organize artist requirements and technical needs
- Contribute to the development of artist-facing materials and documentation
- Monitor timelines related to artist confirmations and onboarding
- Provide administrative support during artist onboarding processes
- Update and maintain databases with current artist information
- Attend planning meetings and provide relevant notes or summaries
- Collaborate with event staff to ensure smooth artist experiences
- Assist in preparing welcome packets and event itineraries
- Track artist confirmations and follow up on pending responses
- Help resolve scheduling conflicts with guidance from team leads
- Support post-event follow-up tasks related to artist feedback
- Contribute to reports summarizing artist engagement outcomes
- Maintain professional communication with artist representatives
- Assist in coordinating travel and accommodation details when needed
- Help organize artist check-in and on-site support procedures
- Support the implementation of artist relationship strategies
- Gain insight into music industry operations and artist management
