Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders on HR initiatives
- Support employee relations by providing guidance and resolving concerns
- Partner in the development and implementation of performance management processes
- Advise managers on disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans
- Assist in interpreting and applying company policies and procedures
- Lead workforce planning discussions with department leaders
- Promote a positive workplace culture through proactive engagement
- Facilitate organizational change management efforts
- Collaborate on talent review and succession planning activities
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion programs
- Conduct root cause analysis on people-related trends
- Partner with HR team to ensure consistent policy application
- Guide managers through employee lifecycle transitions
- Assist in onboarding programs for new hires
- Provide input on employee engagement survey results and action planning
- Support compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
- Coordinate with compensation and benefits teams on employee inquiries
- Drive HR project initiatives aligned with business goals
- Promote leadership development opportunities
- Evaluate HR metrics to inform decision-making
- Serve as a point of contact during restructuring or reorganizations
- Support investigations related to workplace concerns
