Responsibilities
- Act as a true talent consultant to hiring managers. Provide market insights, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence to help shape hiring strategies.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse range of roles, ensuring a high-touch, professional experience for candidates in both LATAM and the U.S.
- Leverage data to advise the business on localized market trends, salary benchmarking across different regions, and effective interview structures that reduce bias.
- Lean into AI tools to drive recruitment efficiencies. Actively seek ways to automate administrative tasks (scheduling, screening, initial sourcing) to focus on high-value strategy and candidate engagement.
- Maintain pristine data integrity within our tech stack (Ashby and Workday) to ensure our reporting is accurate and our operations are seamless.
