About the Role
Lead complex programs with executive visibility, driving planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination across global teams. Own end-to-end program delivery, risk management, budget oversight, and process improvement initiatives within a structured PMO framework.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned programs with direct engagement from executive leadership and key external partners.
- Develop, manage, and sustain comprehensive program plans, ensuring consistent reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Define critical milestones and monitor progress continuously, identifying potential roadblocks and developing actionable mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, maintaining updated risk registers with defined response options and escalation triggers.
- Facilitate core team meetings and produce data-backed progress updates for diverse audiences.
- Lead and coordinate multi-site, cross-functional teams to ensure successful program outcomes.
- Oversee program budgets, track variances, and proactively report deviations from financial plans.

- Proven experience as a Program Manager with a track record of managing complex initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with senior leadership.
- Skilled in creating, executing, and maintaining detailed program plans.
- Capable of setting clear milestones and monitoring progress consistently.
- Adept at identifying issues early and formulating resolution strategies.
- Experienced in conducting and maintaining thorough risk analyses with defined mitigation options and timelines.
- Background in organizing and leading recurring core team meetings.
- Proficient in generating regular, data-driven status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven success in leading cross-functional teams across different geographic locations.
- Experience managing program budgets and tracking financial performance against forecasts.
- Held accountability for delivering programs within defined timelines.
- Has managed program-level budget responsibilities.
- Served as the primary escalation point for program-related issues.
- Skilled in monitoring and reporting program progress against objectives.

Part of the HPC PMO, which oversees the NPI development process, IP management, and third-party vendor coordination.
