Responsibilities
- Ensure the successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA migration projects on time, within budget, and in adherence to high-quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, track key milestones, and make necessary adjustments for successful project delivery.
- Regularly monitor project plans, reconcile with baseline plans, and provide clear, concise, and regular reporting through weekly and monthly status reports and project steering committee meetings.
- Track changes to baseline plans and handle requests for change, securing necessary approvals.
- Effectively mobilize and manage project resources (manpower, equipment, and materials).
- Allocate and assign project work assignments, monitor tasks, conduct reviews, and maintain cohesion in the team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years in SAP
- At least 5 years in the role of SAP Project Manager
- Proven track record of 2+ years executing projects with a focus on SAP S/4HANA migration from on-premises to cloud
- Demonstrated experience in a strong client-facing role with a focus on understanding and meeting customer expectations
- English B2+ is mandatory
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience using SAP Activate methodology
- SAP certification is desirable but not necessary
