Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and market share by managing commercial performance across 60+ hotels.
- Influence hotel-level profit and loss outcomes by collaborating with General Managers and Operations to improve RevPAR, GOP, and flow-through metrics.
- Maintain close engagement with local markets and properties to ensure strategies are implemented effectively and adjusted for regional conditions.
- Align commercial goals with varied ownership expectations and investment timelines across assets.
- Lead and develop regional heads in Sales, Marketing, Revenue, and E-commerce functions.
- Ensure Global Sales teams located in the region deliver effective support to the property network.
