What You’ll Do
- Build and launch AI-native products where artificial intelligence is central to both development and scale—not an add-on
- Drive revenue by identifying customers, closing sales, and delivering measurable value to build a repeatable growth model
- Assemble and lead a lean, high-output team as the venture evolves
- Make strategic calls with incomplete data—know when to pivot, when to stop, and when to accelerate
- Share transparent, honest updates with studio leadership, including progress, setbacks, and key learnings
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record leading a startup, product line, or business unit with full responsibility for results
- Strong instinct for both product and sales—able to create something people want and get them to pay for it
- Operates fluently in AI-first environments, using AI tools as core infrastructure, not just support
- Experience managing P&L with a clear grasp of unit economics, burn, and long-term sustainability
- Shows real work—products built, businesses grown, deals closed—not just past affiliations
