As the Global Program Manager for Development Cloud, you will lead high-impact R&D transformations across Europe, partnering with strategic pharmaceutical customers to modernize their Clinical, Regulatory, and Safety operations. Your role centers on delivering complex, enterprise-level implementations of Vault technology, ensuring outcomes that drive efficiency, compliance, and long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of multi-functional Vault implementations, aligning technical and business objectives to deliver measurable results and financial performance
- Build trusted relationships with senior IT and business leaders, guiding them through transformation planning, roadmap development, and governance
- Orchestrate collaboration across Veeva’s cross-functional teams—Sales, Product, Strategy, and Services—to ensure unified delivery and strategic alignment
- Design and negotiate services contracts and implementation plans that expand product adoption and deepen customer success
- Serve as the primary escalation point, identifying risks early, resolving complex challenges, and maintaining momentum across diverse teams
- Ensure seamless handover from implementation to ongoing operations, enabling sustainable post-deployment success
- Communicate with clarity and influence at all organizational levels, keeping stakeholders informed, aligned, and engaged
Qualifications
You bring 7+ years of leadership in enterprise R&D or GxP technology programs within the pharmaceutical sector, with deep familiarity in Clinical, Regulatory, or Safety operations. You are a strategic advisor with proven success managing global implementations, leading distributed teams, and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical R&D workflows including Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, and Quality
- Experience consulting with pharma organizations across multiple business areas
- Track record of delivering multi-system, global rollouts with tangible business impact
- Skilled in shaping technology strategies that enable operational transformation
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with resilience in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Ability to coordinate internal and external teams while maintaining delivery pace and quality
- Based in Denmark with willingness to travel up to 25%
Preferred Experience
- Hands-on leadership of Veeva Vault implementations in Clinical, RIM, Quality, or Safety modules
- Background in large-scale SaaS deployments within regulated GxP environments
