What You'll Do
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions using object-oriented programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Ensure code integrity by developing comprehensive test strategies across unit, integration, and system levels, integrated into continuous delivery workflows.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical direction, collaborating closely with product teams and leadership to align engineering outcomes with strategic goals.
- Mentor developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate team-wide technical standards.
- Communicate technical trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making at all levels.
- Work across distributed teams to deliver cohesive, well-engineered features that meet performance, scalability, and configurability needs.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 8 years of experience in SaaS or web application development with deep expertise in object-oriented design and software engineering fundamentals.
- Proven ability to lead technical delivery for complex systems, demonstrating mastery of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
- Strong commitment to code quality, test automation, and performance engineering principles.
- Experience guiding teams through full development cycles, with a focus on maintainability and long-term system health.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, message queues, and metadata-driven platforms is highly valued.
- Exposure to modern front-end frameworks like React is a plus, as is experience in agile or team leadership roles.
