What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end technical delivery for complex enterprise implementations, with a focus on integration, system design, and operational improvements. Guide the full project lifecycle—from requirements collection to deployment—specifically for client invoicing platforms and HR technology solutions.
Design scalable, integrated systems that align with client environments and business needs. Oversee data modeling, collection, and analysis efforts, ensuring technical accuracy and consistency across platforms. Develop and execute test strategies for integrations, using industry-standard tracking tools to validate system performance and reliability.
Write and review technical scripts and basic JSON/cXML statements to support integration workflows. Contribute to pre-sales activities by responding to RFx requests, supporting business development presentations, and evaluating contracts for technical and billing requirements. Facilitate project meetings, share technology insights, and coordinate between functional and technical teams during data staging phases.

- Proven track record in technical leadership on enterprise implementations
- Hands-on experience designing, configuring, and testing client invoicing systems
- Strong ability to analyze business challenges and develop integrated technical solutions
- Experience gathering requirements, modeling data, and leading testing processes
- Proficiency with integration testing tools and system documentation platforms
- Skill in writing scripts and basic JSON/cXML formatting
- Experience managing onshore and offshore configuration and testing teams
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business stakeholders
- Background in pre-sales support, including solution design and BD engagement
