What You'll Do
In this role, you'll focus on the human side of technology transformation, helping large organizations adopt Microsoft 365 solutions effectively. You'll assess how changes affect teams and workflows, then design targeted strategies to support adoption and reduce resistance.
You'll create clear, engaging communications and training materials—such as videos, guides, and presentations—tailored to different user groups. You'll deliver training both virtually and in person, using real-world business scenarios to make learning relevant. During project launches, you may support roadshows, demos, or on-site support through floor walking or help desks.
Throughout the project lifecycle, you'll gather feedback through interviews, focus groups, and data analysis to measure the success of change initiatives. You'll also collaborate with project leads, contribute to internal knowledge sharing through informal sessions, and help refine our change methodologies.
Requirements
You bring strong experience in developing and distributing internal and client-facing communications, with a solid grasp of Microsoft 365 tools like Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive. Familiarity with change frameworks such as PROSCI or PCI is essential, as is the ability to run workshops, capture requirements, and translate business needs into user-focused plans.
Proven experience designing and facilitating training programs and creating custom learning materials is required. You’re comfortable working under tight timelines and adapting messaging to diverse audiences. You’re also skilled at building relationships with stakeholders across levels and functions.
