As a Senior Solution Consultant - Microsoft 365, you will serve as a technical advisor to international stakeholders, translating business challenges into robust, future-ready solutions. You'll take ownership of end-to-end technical engagements, from discovery workshops to solution deployment, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and governance standards.
What You'll Do
- Conduct technical assessments and lead requirement-gathering sessions with global teams to define solution scope and architecture
- Design and implement custom applications and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate, optimizing for usability, scalability, and governance
- Guide strategic adoption of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, including prompt engineering, AI integration, and automation use cases
- Architect modern SharePoint environments focused on collaboration, document lifecycle management, and process efficiency
- Provide expert-level guidance across Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online, with an emphasis on security, compliance, and integration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver enterprise-grade solutions that meet global operational needs
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across Power Platform, SharePoint, and Copilot environments
- Mentor team members, contribute to architectural standards, and help shape best practices for solution delivery
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in a Microsoft consulting or solution architecture role with hands-on experience in Power Platform and SharePoint Online
- Proven ability to build and govern Power Platform solutions, including canvas apps, model-driven apps, flows, and custom connectors
- Demonstrated understanding of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI-powered automation scenarios
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, governance models, and collaboration design patterns
- Familiarity with core Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, Exchange Online, and OneDrive administration
- Ability to convert business objectives into secure, maintainable technical designs
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous learning
