Medtronic is hiring a Senior Consultant Integrated Health Solutions

About the Role

As a Senior Consultant in Integrated Health Solutions, you will partner with hospitals, clinics, and payer organizations across Morocco and the broader MENA region to identify and implement improvements in healthcare delivery. Your work will focus on addressing systemic challenges, enhancing patient outcomes, and increasing operational effectiveness through data-driven insights and strategic advisory services.

What You'll Do

  • Build trusted relationships with client teams and stakeholders, understanding organizational culture to guide effective change
  • Lead consulting workstreams independently, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations with minimal oversight
  • Adapt messaging and reporting for diverse audiences, presenting findings clearly and with appropriate depth
  • Anticipate and resolve project issues, escalating to senior advisors when necessary
  • Support both Medtronic and client team members through coaching and constructive feedback
  • Design and expand service offerings that help clients reduce costs while improving care quality

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field; international academic experience preferred
  • Fluency in French and Arabic required; proficiency in English is strongly preferred
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in management consulting or healthcare advisory, ideally within Moroccan or regional healthcare institutions
  • Proven engagement with senior hospital leaders, including medical directors and department heads, in public or private settings
  • Strong project management skills, including risk assessment, stakeholder coordination, and data analysis to deliver measurable results
  • Sound understanding of healthcare decision-making structures in Morocco and the ability to align strategic recommendations with commercial and operational goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
