Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to build a reliable, repeatable, and scalable simulation software platform that enables accelerated validation of safety-focused systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as flight software, guidance/navigation/control, and hardware testing to enhance simulation capabilities.
- Enhance the foundational structure of the simulation system, focusing on speed, consistency, and adaptability.
- Assess technical options and guide strategic decisions while supporting team growth through mentorship and skill development.
