Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Sr. Scrum Master to support our Service Engineering teams in Santa Clara, California. This role is responsible for driving the design and development of new service introduction processes and products, championing Agile methodology, and building a culture of collaboration and accountability.
What You'll Do
- Support Service Engineering teams in the design and development of new service introduction processes and products.
- Develop end-to-end schedules and break them down into actionable tasks.
- Champion Agile methodology to drive teams toward critical short and long-term milestones.
- Manage risk and mitigation, including contingency planning, conflict resolution, and tradeoff assessments.
- Build strong positive relationships with peers and multi-disciplinary functional partners.
- Communicate difficult decisions, strategies, and priorities while building a culture of collaboration.
- Build a positive team environment with a sense of urgency, driving toward improved team effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of prior program management experience.
- Experience managing an R&D project.
- Previous experience leading a multi-disciplinary technical project team.
- Experience with MS Project.
- Prior experience in a regulated environment.
- High performer and leader with demonstrated ability to manage a complex program in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated influence and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively to align diverse stakeholders and lead teams without direct reporting authority.
Nice to Have
- 8+ years of program management experience.
- Previous experience with capital systems.
- Agile methodology and Jira capabilities.
- Medical device experience.
