In this role, you will support Service Engineering teams responsible for designing and developing new service introduction processes and products. You will be accountable for developing end-to-end schedules, breaking them into actionable tasks, and championing Agile methodology to drive teams toward critical milestones.
What You'll Do
- Support Service Engineering teams responsible for the design and development of new service introduction processes and products.
- Develop end-to-end schedules and break them down into actionable tasks.
- Champion an Agile methodology to focus and drive teams to achieve important short and long-term milestones.
- Be responsible for risk management and mitigation, requiring contingency planning, conflict resolution, and tradeoff assessments.
- Champion the team and build strong positive relationships with peers and multi-disciplinary functional partners.
- Challenge and communicate difficult decisions, strategies, and priorities.
- Build a culture of collaboration and end-to-end accountability.
- Build a positive team environment and a culture with a sense of urgency, driving toward improved team effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of prior program management experience.
- Experience managing an R&D project.
- Previous experience leading a multi-disciplinary technical project team.
- Experience with MS Project.
- Prior experience in a regulated environment.
- High performer and leader with demonstrated ability to manage a complex program in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate influence and conflict resolution skills and ability to work collaboratively to align diverse stakeholders and lead teams without direct reporting authority.
Nice to Have
- 8+ years of program management experience (candidates will be preferentially considered).
- Previous experience with capital systems.
- Agile methodology and Jira capabilities.
- Medical device experience.
- Local candidates to Santa Clara, CA (will be preferentially considered).

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $109,000 - $174,800 / $125,000 - $201,250 Bay Area Only.
