Responsibilities
- Deliver functional SAP support for Navy enterprise resource planning environments, including production and Tier 2 issue resolution
- Configure and maintain SAP components such as Financial Accounting, Controlling, Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, and Procure-to-Pay processes
- Evaluate business needs and convert them into actionable SAP functional designs
- Diagnose and resolve application-level issues, working closely with technical teams to implement fixes
- Support system upgrades, testing cycles, documentation updates, and end-user training initiatives
- Engage with government representatives, contracting personnel, and functional counterparts to align solutions with mission goals
- Contribute to ECC system maintenance and prepare for migration to S/4HANA
- Ensure all activities comply with Department of the Navy financial regulations and acquisition standards
