Yubico is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Developer to join our Business Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions that enable our employees and ensure our systems scale. You'll support critical business systems and integrations as part of our global mission to make the internet more secure for everyone.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Flows to extend Salesforce and support business requirements.
Assist with each release cycle to implement and deploy new or updated applications and code.
Maintain current connected apps and set up new ones as needed.
Work with integrated applications and systems.
Perform testing (unit and systems) and debugging.
Strive towards coding best practices and metadata quality.
Limit the use of Apex (use declarative foremost) and promote combining invocable flows and Apex.
Reduce tech debt and convert apex to declarative solutions when possible.
Own technical documentation for all development.
Support the Salesforce Administrators.
Be the channel for US employees to communicate to the Swedish office, primarily to the Product Owner.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree, a professional qualification, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Certified Salesforce Platform Developer.
Experience implementing and developing in Apex, Visualforce, Javascript, and Flows.
Experience developing solutions with best practice and scalability.
Experience creating technical documentation.
Experience with version control (like Git) and modern deployment practices.

Nice to Have

Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Javascript Developer, etc.).
Competency in HTML, XML, Flex, ASP, SQL, Java or C++, REST and SOAP-based web services.
Familiarity with developing on other cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services.

You will be part of the Business Operations team located in Sweden and the US.

Benefits & Compensation

Compensation: $145,000 - $185,000 USD
Health, dental, and vision coverage; company pays 100% of employee premium and 85% for family.
401K dollar per dollar match up to 6% with a cap of $6K/year; immediate vesting.
$1,200.00 wellness reimbursement (prorated based on start date).
Yearly development stipend of $3,000 and mentorship program.
