McKesson is looking for a Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst to act as the critical technical liaison between business stakeholders and the Salesforce development team. You will be responsible for analyzing complex business needs and translating them into actionable requirements and user stories to guide the design and delivery of scalable, sustainable solutions across the entire Software Development Lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Participate in maintaining an implemented platform design.
- Ensure compliance with security policies through profiles and permission sets.
- Liaise with customers, development, operations, and senior leadership.
- Analyze and create business, functional, and technical requirements utilizing an Agile methodology (Scrumban or Scrum).
- Recommend changes in product, process, and service offerings; present high-level benefits of recommendations.
- Follow established release management guidelines.
- Guide and oversee acceptance and functional testing; coordinate UAT testing with QA and business.
- Demonstrate product and service offerings for customers and end users.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in designing, building, and implementing business solutions using information technology.
- Significant experience in business analysis, requirements definition, and deployment of business requirements to information systems.
- 7+ years of experience with SDLC in an Agile environment.
- 7+ years of Salesforce experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving experience to deal with complex business problems.
- Detail-oriented, highly collaborative, and persistent in the face of obstacles or challenges.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce administration: security, standard/custom objects, reports/dashboards, release management, and sandbox environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including facilitating meetings and strong presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively produce requirements documents and functional documents.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- A 4-year degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.
- Agentforce Specialist Certification.
- Salesforce Configuration and Implementation experience.
- Prior experience with the Atlassian suite of tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Competent in integration planning, dependency management, business process mapping, and process modeling.
- Encompass project management skills including time management, organization, and prioritization.
