Responsibilities
- Evaluate current business operations to find areas where technology can drive efficiency and improvement.
- Collect, record, and verify both business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
- Work closely with teams to establish project goals, boundaries, and expected outcomes.
- Propose and design system solutions that support organizational objectives.
- Create visual representations of workflows, including process models and system documentation.
- Support the deployment and integration of business software systems.
- Perform testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing, and resolve system issues.
- Help build Salesforce reporting tools and dashboards to deliver actionable business data.
- Adhere to defined procedures for managing system releases and updates.
