What You'll Do

  • Analyze business processes and gather requirements for Salesforce implementations.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce to meet defined business objectives.
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Document user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and configuration.
