- Manage the intake, triage, and prioritization of Salesforce requests; maintain a transparent, impact-driven backlog aligned to business objectives and key initiatives.
- Translate requirements into clear artifacts, including user stories with acceptance criteria, process maps, data models, and risk/impact assessments.
- Effectuate Salesforce configurations using established tools and best practices, collaborating with developers on complex work, while ensuring data integrity and scalability.
- Own and monitor integrations between Salesforce and GTM tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft or similar, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator); resolve sync errors, coordinate with vendors/IT, and maintain integration documentation.
- Enforce data governance standards, including field usage, validation, and duplicate management; monitor and improve data-quality KPIs.
- Adhere to E2E release management policies and procedures across sandbox strategy, build, QA/regression, UAT facilitation, deployment, and release communications with stakeholders.
- Partner with Carrot’s Enablement team to drive change management and enablement through release notes, training, reference documentation, office hours, and adoption analysis.
