Marucci Sports, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fox Factory, is hiring a Senior Sales Representative to expand and manage the current customer base for our BDS, Zone, JKS, and RT Pro brands. You will be responsible for adding distribution within your assigned territory. This is a remote position.
What You'll Do
- Attend trade shows to provide sales support, generate leads, evaluate competitor activity, and identify new market opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer files and information in the company database.
- Prepare segment sales forecasts by units and dollars, comparing monthly results to goals and taking corrective action.
- Provide critical sales input for the quarterly strategic planning process.
- Interface with Product Management to relay customer feedback on product performance.
- Provide input on advertising, literature, and promotional materials.
- Recommend competitive pricing programs.
- Create and maintain professional relationships with all team members and customers or prospects.
- Develop and maintain exceptional working knowledge of our kits and products.
- Travel an average of 2 weeks per month to visit customers and prospects, submitting required trip reports.
- Comply with all local, state, and federal laws.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in off-road sales or the automotive industry.
- Strong phone presence and excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Excellent team skills and a commitment to promoting teamwork.
- Ability to work under pressure and follow deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer orders and requests.
- Self-motivated disposition.
- Strong experience with the Microsoft Suite.
Nice to Have
- A degree in Sales and/or Marketing.
- Experience with Oracle ERP and Zoho CRM.
