Responsibilities
- Design and implement research studies related to pedagogy and learning environments

- Collaborate with faculty and research staff on interdisciplinary projects
- Develop assessment tools to measure instructional effectiveness
- Present findings at academic conferences and professional meetings
- Contribute to grant proposals and funding applications
- Publish research outcomes in peer-reviewed journals
- Maintain compliance with institutional review board protocols
- Supervise junior research staff and student assistants
- Coordinate logistics for classroom-based research activities
- Interpret educational trends and translate findings into practical applications
- Support curriculum evaluation and improvement efforts
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across research initiatives
- Manage research timelines and project deliverables
- Engage with stakeholders to identify key educational challenges
