Responsibilities
- Headhunting for Manager and above across multiple industries with a focus on the South East Asia region
- Develop sophisticated Boolean search strategies to identify and engage passive executive candidates not actively seeking new opportunities
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with executive talent through strategic networking and consistent communication
- Partner with clients to deeply understand leadership requirements and organizational culture for precise candidate matching
- Manage full-cycle executive recruitment process from identification through offer negotiation, providing white-glove service to both clients and candidates
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Seekout, Stack Overflow and other specialized platforms to identify technical leadership talent
Requirements
- min 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Experience managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offering
- Proficient in Boolean Search and Outreach techniques
- Fluent in English
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
