Guide clients in building teams using inclusive hiring frameworks and practices
Promote a values-based methodology in recruitment to support client hiring goals
Share consistent progress reports and performance data with client partners
Apply innovative sourcing techniques to develop diverse and high-quality candidate pipelines

You will be joining Bloom via your corporation or as an independent contractor
