Responsibilities
- Oversee full lifecycle coordination of custom Antibody projects, from initial intake through to final delivery, ensuring seamless handoffs across quoting, manufacturing, and data or product transfer stages.
- Collect and analyze antibody design specifications to create accurate quotes and Statements of Work that align with client expectations, cost models, and internal production capacity.
- Generate and manage quotations while keeping project tracking systems updated with real-time progress for all active quotes and purchase orders.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates on project schedules, data integrity, and technical developments; address or redirect inquiries to appropriate subject matter experts for timely resolution.
- Ensure data integrity by maintaining accurate documentation of quotations, ongoing orders, and shipping records to support consistent and trustworthy reporting.
- Evaluate current workflows to detect inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements that support operational scalability as the team expands.
