Responsibilities
- Support enterprise project management functions by leading client-facing benefits administration projects and internal strategic programs.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of client projects within a benefits administration setting, aligning client expectations with service teams and internal groups.
- Manage initiatives tied to client service execution, platform upgrades, operational preparedness, and annual enrollment cycles.
- Act as a reliable advisor to client service teams by detecting potential risks, handling interdependencies, and resolving delivery obstacles.
- Ensure client projects support objectives around client satisfaction, retention, and long-term relationship success.
- Lead or assist with annual enrollment projects, covering planning, team coordination, readiness monitoring, and post-enrollment review.
- Coordinate across delivery, technology, product, and operations units to ensure seamless execution during high-pressure benefit periods.
- Use strong organizational and communication abilities to balance competing demands and reduce risks during peak enrollment seasons.
- Manage internal projects focused on improving client outcomes, service delivery models, and operational efficiency in benefits administration.
- Oversee enterprise-wide efforts such as system implementations, process improvements, and enhancements to benefits tools and workflows.
- Promote ongoing improvement and innovation to enhance efficiency, minimize manual work, and increase scalability.
- Create, update, and execute comprehensive project plans using Smartsheet, supplemented by Jira and other project management tools as required.
- Apply Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall approaches based on project requirements and client needs.
- Foster collaboration among cross-functional internal teams, external partners, and executive stakeholders.
- Monitor and control project timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Provide clear, consistent communication of project status, milestones, risks, and results to stakeholders at all levels.

- Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description.
- In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $110,000-$135,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.
- Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
