Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
- Manage risk identification, mitigation, and escalation processes
- Prepare and present status reports to senior leadership
- Oversee budget forecasting and financial tracking
- Facilitate cross-functional team alignment and decision-making
- Drive resolution of technical and logistical challenges
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout program lifecycle
- Serve as primary point of contact for client program inquiries
- Support proposal development and new business initiatives
- Implement program management best practices and tools
- Ensure quality assurance and systems validation processes are followed
- Coordinate logistics for system deployment and field support
- Manage subcontractor and vendor performance
- Lead program review meetings and steering committee sessions
- Translate technical requirements into actionable project plans
- Support post-deployment operations and sustainment activities
