CrowdStrike is hiring a Sr. Program Manager, Engineering to support the Content Product Group. In this remote role, you will be responsible for driving the scheduling, scoping, and execution of large-scale, complex engineering projects. Your primary focus will be ensuring timely delivery against the roadmap by working directly with Engineering Developers, Product Managers, and Dev Managers across global locations.
What You'll Do
- Partner and facilitate with teams at all levels, from developers to executives.
- Learn and communicate technical context and align it with business objectives to drive project deliverables, resources, and timelines.
- Create and drive the project schedule, manage task assignments with dev management, and track schedule progress from large phases to detailed tasks, including dependencies.
- Collaborate with staff and management of multiple worldwide business units to identify, explain, and communicate project involvement, goals, expectations, and tasks.
- Proactively track the status of project activities and ensure schedules and priorities are met.
- Ensure critical issues are identified, tracked through resolution, and escalated if necessary.
- Proactively manage daily/weekly project communication and status reporting.
- Lead Scrum meetings and create and follow up on meeting minutes/action items.
- Work flexibly across timezones to coordinate and follow up on work.
- Travel both locally and internationally several times a quarter.
What We're Looking For
- Proficient in the use of Jira (query/ticket creation, board creation and facilitation).
- 10+ years of experience working in a program/project management capacity for software development.
- Experience with/exposure to large scale platforms (cloud technologies), complex inter-dependent technologies.
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle and Project Management Methodologies, specifically Agile/Scrum.
- Experience owning a program/portfolio of products/features, scoping requirements, planning milestones, and being an active resource for technical teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must enjoy consensus-driven environments where collaboration, honest and open communications are paramount.
- Must work effectively and professionally with cross-functional groups across divisions, worldwide, as part of a team.
- Must exhibit meticulous attention to detail, and have the ability to make logical, timely decisions.
- Excel at proactively and independently driving results in small team environments.
- Demonstrate self-learning capabilities, taking initiative in a fast pace/quickly changing environment.
- Ability to extrapolate context from complex technical conversations, and provide teams with valuable summations around action items and next steps.

- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework methodology a plus.
