About the Role
This role is responsible for managing complex professional services engagements from kickoff through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of professional services projects for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and success criteria
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, engineers, and customer personnel
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans to address risks or changes
- Maintain accurate documentation and status reporting for active projects
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients during project lifecycle
- Manage client expectations and ensure alignment with deliverables
- Identify and mitigate potential project roadblocks proactively
- Facilitate project meetings, including kickoffs, reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
- Track project financials, including budget and resource utilization
- Support change management processes when project scope evolves
- Drive customer satisfaction through consistent communication and delivery
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery frameworks
- Train and mentor junior team members on project management standards
- Work closely with sales and solutions teams during pre-implementation phases
- Assist in developing statements of work and project proposals
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements
- Gather and share client feedback to inform product and service enhancements
- Utilize project management tools to track tasks, milestones, and deliverables
- Maintain strong organizational and time management skills across multiple projects
- Promote knowledge transfer between project teams and client personnel
- Support post-implementation reviews to assess outcomes and lessons learned
- Stay current with industry trends and platform updates affecting project execution
