Responsibilities
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, testing, and flight operations teams to structure workflows, uphold compliance standards, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Partner directly with technical staff in manufacturing and field environments to build scalable production systems from inception and support digital integration across aircraft development.
- Design and oversee production systems that align with manufacturing standards, quality controls, and regulatory mandates.
- Lead planning and implementation of new software features and modules in coordination with SaaS partners and internal development teams.
- Conduct comparative analyses to guide decisions on business systems and infrastructure investments.
- Define, automate, and monitor key performance metrics to inform improvements in design, product development, and manufacturing processes.
- Evaluate production workflows to detect inefficiencies and resolve issues in supply chain, fabrication, installation, quality control, and system reliability.
- Diagnose and resolve problems related to business systems, data integrations, and information integrity while maintaining high availability.
