At Hopper, we're redefining travel booking. We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager to join our Disruption Core & Commerce team. You will operate at the intersection of business, software development, data science, and user experience to create innovative solutions that reduce travel stress, leveraging a competitive understanding of the travel landscape.
What You'll Do
- Manage a product roadmap across several business objectives and distribution channels, ensuring execution against the highest impact items.
- Leverage AI to improve customer experience and internal implementation pipelines.
- Work closely with external partners on new and existing implementations to build and maintain trust.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand feature gaps and solution around them.
- Rapidly test sound hypotheses through new merchandising experiments at different points in the customer journey to increase revenue.
- Use data to identify user behavior and purchase patterns to generate and validate hypotheses through experiments.
- Launch new partnerships end-to-end, from sales pitch to design, development, customer service, and optimization.
- Work with customer service to understand and identify customer problem trends.
- Collaborate with back-end and front-end engineers, designers, legal, and other stakeholders to launch innovative features quickly and bug-free.
- Learn and use a diverse set of analytics and AI tools.
What We're Looking For
- Proven B2B and B2C experience.
- A track record of delivering impactful and delightful features at scale.
- Experience incorporating AI into products or processes to achieve business outcomes.
- Strong experience, knowledge, or keen interest in Fintech, Insurtech, or risk-based products.
- An innovative and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Extreme attention to detail and the ability to think and operate strategically.
- Exceptional ability to grasp, manage, and articulate complex systems.
- Experience connecting innovative solutions to real-world user problems with the business needs of a rapidly scaling organization.
- Technical depth to communicate with, understand, and earn the respect of world-class engineers and data scientists.
- A track record of being proactive and persuading colleagues by constructing a compelling narrative both in-person and in-writing.
- Past success analyzing data, drawing accurate conclusions, and adjusting strategy accordingly.
- No ego, and a strong focus on doing what is right for the customer and the company.
