Hims & Hers is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, roadmap development, and execution across key customer experiences and treatment categories. This role sits at the intersection of customer experience, growth, and technical product development, owning initiatives that enhance the end-to-end user journey and deliver scalable healthcare experiences.
What You'll Do
- Lead projects through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative customer experience features.
- Break down complex, behind-the-scenes projects into discrete phases that deliver value incrementally.
- Consolidate feedback from marketing, operations, medical, and technical stakeholders to develop strategies to accelerate adoption of treatments.
- Guide and support a team of engineers to balance enabling growth with ensuring a stable and accurate user experience.
- Influence short to long-term roadmaps and drive long-term scalability while balancing day-to-day improvements.
- Maximize efficiency in a fast-growing company with a constantly evolving environment.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management, working collaboratively with engineering and design teams.
- Experience in a growth or consumer-oriented product management role.
- A track record of building and shipping products that customers love and drive meaningful business impact.
- Strategic and tactical experience designing, building, and executing scalable processes from scratch, ideally in an operations-intensive environment.
- Ability to dive deep with engineers to make technical tradeoff decisions and summarize for non-technical stakeholders and executives.
