In this role, you will be central to our innovation efforts, applying a disciplined approach to develop new products from concept through prototyping. What You'll Do
- Evaluate raw materials, design experiments, and fabricate lab prototypes of structural adhesives.
- Develop test methods and procedures to assess product performances.
- Work with the internal team to develop and validate equipment, process and material specifications.
- Communicate product development progress and results effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Apply disciplined project practices to prioritize, execute, and document your work.
- Identify patent opportunities and support the enterprise IP processes.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in product development, specifically with materials science or adhesive formulations.
- Strong capability in designing and executing experiments, analyzing data, and drawing conclusions.
- Experience developing prototypes and creating test methods to evaluate product performance.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated project management skills to prioritize tasks and maintain disciplined documentation.
- Familiarity with intellectual property processes and an ability to identify patentable innovations.
