As a Senior Pharmaceutical Information Specialist, AI, you will lead strategic engagement with healthcare institutions across your assigned region, driving product awareness and adoption through professional, data-informed interactions. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute visit plans to ensure full coverage and frequency targets are met, using territory management to maximize time and impact
- Deliver accurate medical and product information using approved materials, responding to inquiries to support informed decision-making by healthcare professionals
- Identify and cultivate new market opportunities, supporting the successful launch of new products and initiatives
- Organize and lead academic events aligned with promotional strategies to deepen engagement with key stakeholders
- Monitor inventory and procurement at healthcare institutions to prevent stockouts and manage product lifecycle effectively
- Collect and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activity, and provide actionable insights to internal teams
- Collaborate with marketing and commercial units to strengthen relationships with hospital experts, aiding in formulary and reimbursement processes

Requirements
- Diploma or higher; preference given to candidates with a bachelor’s degree in medicine, pharmacy, or related disciplines
- 2–3 years of experience as a hospital pharmaceutical representative

- Strong skills in market analysis, sales pipeline management, and customer feedback handling
