About the Role

As a Senior Pharmaceutical Information Specialist, AI, you will lead strategic engagement with healthcare institutions across your assigned region, driving product awareness and adoption through professional, data-informed interactions. Your primary focus will be on achieving performance targets, expanding market share, and ensuring consistent, compliant promotion of pharmaceutical offerings.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute visit plans to ensure full coverage and frequency targets are met, using territory management to maximize time and impact
  • Deliver accurate medical and product information using approved materials, responding to inquiries to support informed decision-making by healthcare professionals
  • Identify and cultivate new market opportunities, supporting the successful launch of new products and initiatives
  • Organize and lead academic events aligned with promotional strategies to deepen engagement with key stakeholders
  • Monitor inventory and procurement at healthcare institutions to prevent stockouts and manage product lifecycle effectively
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activity, and provide actionable insights to internal teams
  • Collaborate with marketing and commercial units to strengthen relationships with hospital experts, aiding in formulary and reimbursement processes
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of institutional data to inform planning and follow-up activities
  • Submit timely, accurate reports and ensure efficient use of budget and resources

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher; preference given to candidates with a bachelor’s degree in medicine, pharmacy, or related disciplines
  • 2–3 years of experience as a hospital pharmaceutical representative
  • Proven ability in hospital sales, account planning, and territory management
  • Strong skills in market analysis, sales pipeline management, and customer feedback handling
  • Familiarity with sales metrics and performance tracking processes
  • Commitment to ethical standards, compliance with SOPs, and professional conduct
  • Ability to independently manage responsibilities and adapt to evolving market conditions
  • Continuous learner with proficiency in product materials and medical literature
