What You'll Do
Design and manage comprehensive demand generation campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, content syndication, and partner networks. You’ll align audience targeting, messaging, and conversion paths to generate qualified pipeline in coordination with go-to-market objectives.
Work closely with sales teams to identify high-potential accounts, develop targeted engagement strategies, and refine lead handoff processes. Use intent signals and buyer journey insights to shape programs that resonate with decision-making groups.
Define ideal customer profiles, segment audiences, craft value-driven offers, and oversee the development of landing pages and nurture tracks. Manage campaign lifecycles from planning through performance review, ensuring alignment with revenue goals.
Collaborate with BDR and AE leaders to establish lead definitions, scoring models, and service-level agreements. Improve conversion rates from MQL to SQL and beyond by refining routing logic and feedback mechanisms.
Own analytics for all campaigns and funnels—set KPIs, implement tracking, run A/B and multivariate tests, and optimize audience targeting, creative assets, and bid strategies to improve ROI. Use data to guide decisions across channels and creative formats.
Coordinate with Product Marketing, Content, Web, and RevOps teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution. Support quarterly budget planning and manage external agencies and platform partners to maintain delivery quality and timeliness.
