As a Financial Aid Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping students access the resources they need to succeed. You'll provide clear, compassionate guidance through every stage of the financial aid journey—completing FAFSA, verifying eligibility, determining aid packages, and ensuring timely disbursement.
What You'll Do
You’ll manage a high-volume caseload, maintaining detailed records and consistent communication across phone, text, and email. Your work will involve calculating financial aid offers, generating award letters, and explaining complex policies in simple, student-friendly terms. You’ll also handle sensitive conversations around aid limitations, eligibility issues, and payment options with care and professionalism.
Collaboration is central to this role. You’ll work closely with admissions, onboarding, and student success teams to ensure a seamless experience. Staying up to date on federal regulations and internal processes is essential, as you’ll adapt workflows and share knowledge to keep your team aligned.

- Demonstrate strong communication, active listening, and documentation abilities

Work Mode
