What You'll Do
You’ll oversee a complex calendar, adjusting in real time to evolving priorities and ensuring alignment with key objectives. You will filter communications, prioritize incoming requests, and capture essential details during meetings to drive accountability. Travel coordination—both local and national—will be a core responsibility, including last-minute changes and logistical planning.
You’ll prepare materials for presentations and internal or external communications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Day-to-day operational tasks, such as errands, printing, and scheduling, will be handled with reliability. You’ll also be present during key meetings and events, providing on-site support when needed.
