What You'll Do
Perform hands-on support in secure data center environments, including racking servers, managing cabling, and fulfilling customer-specific requests. Monitor and respond to service tickets throughout your shift, covering tasks like access coordination, issue resolution, and equipment installations. You’ll also manage incoming and outgoing shipments, oversee dock operations, and support logistics and recycling initiatives.
Stay alert to potential issues and take initiative to resolve them efficiently. Your role will require consistent adherence to documented procedures and safety standards, with real-time adjustments based on shifting priorities.
Requirements
You bring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks using various digital systems. Success in this role depends on careful attention to detail, disciplined follow-through on processes, and a commitment to workplace safety. You must be self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, and dedicated to continuous learning and improvement.
A customer-first mindset is essential, as you'll interact regularly with clients and partners. Some positions may require passing a background check to meet security clearance standards.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in customer service or within a data center setting—up to two years—is beneficial but not required. On-the-job training will be provided to support your success.
